Project Summary:

Metro Electric’s Electrical Division wired the electrical infrastructure and lighting controls for a client in the Embarcadero Center. Metro Electric installed the Lutron Vive wireless lighting control system for scalability and the flexibility to control the lighting at each workstation. The 52,000-sq.-ft. project took 5-months to complete. Dome Construction was the general contractor.

Metro Electric’s Communication Division also provided cabling installation, AV installation and security and access control installation. Over 275,000 feet of cable were used in the project, which featured an open concept workspace with no exposed cabling. The architect was MSA and Dome Construction was the general contractor.
