Project Summary:

Metro Electric’s Electrical Division completed the installation of the electrical infrastructure and the lighting, at KPMG’s 64th floor offices in San Francisco. Metro Electric also installed a complex Lutron lighting and power control system, and the fire/life safety systems in the facility.

The 18,000-sq.-ft. tenant improvement project took 5-months to complete and complied with Title 24 requirements. Hathaway Dinwiddie Construction was the general contractor.
