Project Summary:

Metro Electric’s Electrical Division completed all electrical work for the 50 shops on the first floor of the San Francisco Ferry Building.

Metro Electric’s Electrical and Communications Divisions completed tenant improvement (TI) work in the office portion of the building on the 2nd and 3rd floors for both Meritage and Equity. Construction included installation of Title 24 LED lighting, fire alarm/life safety, electrical Infrastructure, AV, data and security.

Metro Electric’s Electrical Division also powered up the exterior lights illuminating the San Francisco Ferry Building for the 100th anniversary of the Panama-Pacific International Exposition.
